
Hey Guys, happy Tuesday! This week in the reading we talked about different methods of pregnancy prevention. It was ironic that this was touched on in the book this week because I have been thinking about a change in birth control for myself. I have been on the depo shot, but I have some side effects that I don’t completely love, and have been thinking about switching back to the pill. The pill has always worked great for me, I just hate having to take it daily.
I feel as though this week I have started to notice my weigh loss. I have truly made some real changes in my diet and I have been consistently working out. My work outs are never too involved, so I know that if I step it up with my workouts I will see a faster result. My weight loss hasn’t been drastic but I have lost a few pounds and have personally started noticing changes to my body. My energy levels have been much better lately and these results are giving me motivation to keep up. I’ve been saving a lot more money by grocery shopping and meal prepping because I usually eat out and spend way to much money on food. Below is a picture of my scale from last night. I am down 3 pounds from the start.
